Jill Donaldson is an accomplished corporate director with deep expertise in M&A and capital markets, governance, enterprise risk, and executive talent oversight.\u00a0<\/span><\/u><\/u>Ms. Donaldson was a Senior Corporate and Securities Lawyer for over twenty-five years, and holds her ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and ESG Board designation (GCB.D). Ms. Donaldson is the Chair of Fireweed\u2019s G&C Committee and a member of the HSS Committee. She served as Lead Director of Bluestone Resources Inc. from December 31, 2023, and also served as Chair of its Special Committee with respect to its acquisition by Aura Minerals Inc. on January 13, 2025.\u00a0 She was a Director of Great Bear Royalties Corp. and the Chair of its Special Committee with respect to its acquisition by Royal Gold. Her current corporate directorships include: Prospera Credit Union where she chairs the Business Transformation Committee and serves on the special committees overseeing Prospera\u2019s transformational merger with Coast Capital and has been selected to serve on the inaugural board of what will be Canada\u2019s largest federally regulated purpose\u2011driven credit union; Vice Chair of the Board of Canuck Place Children\u2019s Hospice; Board of Governors of York House School; and\u00a0board of Northisle Copper & Gold where she serves as chair of the Governance, Compensation and Nominations Committee, and as a member of the Audit Committee.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
